allow allow! was it just me or did 3id celebrations just whizz by! i am so thankful for my 9-day much neeeded and much awaited break from my mundane n somewhat tedious job! I guess i am on the better end of the government employee scale but when u strip down to the bare minimum rest be assured a government job shall always remain the stereotype it hails to be! loool! pheeeeeeew !!

Sharing eid this year with Ernie has been splendid! too bad i haven't had a chance to take him for a cruise by burj al-arab the lil pez is getting quite impatient so it's topping todays to-do list! he's come a looong way from New York so i might as well grant him his mini wish! awwwwwww! Hope all of ya had a fantabulous eid with your families and loved ones may every year be brightened with the joys of cheerful celebrations.

I've also extracted my vintage stash of silky patterned textiles dating back to the early 90's and i am loving the free flowing texture of the fabrics ! Look out for free-flowing vintage patterned pink sushi kneelength frocks soon! these dresses will be ideal to pair up with black knee length tights or skinny drainpape denims! look out for them at my stockists in a few weeks! hoot hoot!! aiteee have a great break all of ya make the most of it!

ERNIE

WOW! i never thought a tiny "sms" wud send so many sparks running through my newly acquired double zero sized system wuhoooow! It was at precisely 9:28 am that the instant message rocketed its way over to my ooogly cellphone from Dina! Dina happens to be one of the 3 hip owners of funfashion mecca s*uce and has been a doll bout keeping me updated about the status of my breast cancer awareness bangles ! Thanxs Dina hugggg... squeeeze... crushhhhhh! Anyway, enuff suspense i'll be nice and avoid fuzzing our already fuzzed up fasting braincells further! elmuhim the letterforms in the message spelled out the following .. "Your Bangles are in Emirates Today" +jumping up n down+ yeyyy press for me!! Aiteee now thatsss what i call an ultra thrilling start to my dayyy! hooot hooot! Ofcourse, any piece of press is never complete without a mispelling of my name so ya it was a perfect piece including the usual name typo! i should write a hardcover novel about every time my name has been mispelled since Kindergarten +arghhh+ hahahahhaha!

Other than that i am waiting impatiently for the arrival of GLOBETROTTING ERNIE! yup hes flying down to dxb to visit me for a weeek from Chicago! This is Ernie ! Ernie wants to see the world therefore his kindhearted owner has mapped out a list of ports of call around the globe for his travels! Ofcourse, i had to show Ernie around Dubai he's just irresistable! loook at that breathtaking smilee and those zesty orange cheeeks lol!! so after 8 months of global trotting he's finally making his way to our golden city of Dubai for the trip of his lifetime! Ofcourse, Ernie is unaware of the expeditions i have set in mind for him including afternoon tea at the Burj Alarab, A camel ride, Sunbathing sessions on the beach, Converting to islam loool, A abra ride on the creek, Dressing him up in a kandoora and ghitra wu 3gaaal, getting him wed to my limited edition hellokitty pez from japan, explaining the joys of muching on pofaki with laban up and daqoos bu-sager from the local baqaaala in the freeej and alot more happy happy Emirati trips for lil ERNIE the Pez! yeyyyyyyy 4 more days till he gets here and then ill bombard all of you with ernie's journey photos! canttt waittttt! ofcourse you can all join Ernie and I on our mini touristy trips if you wish as the saying goess "the more the merrier!"
