::HELLO KITTY TURNS 30::

mood: counting down 2 days to me Birthday! hee heeee!

Other than drooling over Toota's to die 4, self encrusted Pink Crystalmini ipod, i have spent the past two days creating customized l'il pink dinky invites for me fwiends!!! ooooh how exhilirating, me so excited bout them! I wanted to hand out l'il invites that da girlies would cherish forever and ever, so i personalized each one with their special ultra cute names and i'm actually surprised that they turned out sooo preciously adoraaable! kekekeke okay i'll shutup i promise i won't boast anymore! +box me face+

Basically, I created them using my scrap left over hello kitty fabrix, all i did was simply print out the text "ofcourse i had to incorporate a l'il carebear on each one" then i added some kharakheesh! and just stitched them onto the cut-out fabric! Voila me made me own invites in less than an hour! +twirling in joy+!

I am throwing a l'il tiny get together for me friends more like a nostalgic kiddy widdy party and i am ordering rainbow brite butter cookies from ::omipoo's:: mom, i love her signature cookies they just remind me of when i was a kid and we'd go over to her gorgeous place every weekend and bake cookies while creating a whole load of mess with the hundreds&thousands, colored icings and decorative colored sugar! then we'd rot in her treehouse and stuff our faces with the biscuits we made! oooh those were the days i love her mom, she's an angel!

HELLO KITTY turns 30 tommorow tooo! kekekekeke isn't that soo gorgeousss! i wish i could look like her when i turn 30 all young and babyfaced as she always was! ::CUSTOMIZED PETS::

mood: counting down 5 days 2 me birthday! hooo hooo

I came across the most hillarious product at ::glitzou's:: vet 2 days ago! hahahaha basically they've released a range of funky colored hair dyes for your pet! +Duh! it was japanese+ The packaging states that its iso approved, perfectly healthy permanent shampooing hair dyes for you pets. The hairdyes ranged from neon yellows/greens and blues and they were also scented according to their color codes! hee heee. Ofcourse i went looney when my eyes spotted them! I was a bit hesitant at first but considering how absurdly fancy glitzou's pet store is, i was sure they wudn't stock harmful products! I mean her l'il pet store/salon/vet is fancier than anyplace i definately get pampered at! So anyways i ended up going for the shocking pink, strawberry scented hair dye to go with glitzou's light grey fur. I am still contemplating use it i think it will definately end up untouched in her body products cabinet! k3k3k3k!

I've spent most of the past three days socializing with friends and family but yesterday i simply craved baking something, i ended up making the most delicious chewy chunks i learnt from a demonstration speech in my public speaking class back in uni, although, i'm more into cooking savoury food than desserts this recipe is so easy and so yummmy! i swear even a 4 year old can bake it! Everyone has to try out these delicious coconut golden chewy chunkss! ummmmm its simply to die for! and so easy to prepare! i designed an entire page including some shots i took of my baking session for you guys so do check out my golden coconutty nuggets secret recipe page.

Other than that i have four huge projects coming up my way so most probably i'll touch on them as the dates get nearer inshallah, and i had to stock up on extra hello kitty fabrics for the inner linings of my bags. I am currently busy these days with creating a new range of bags for Amzaan in Wafi City, i simply can't wait till that store opens up! yipeeee! toodles to all!

::MY PJ'S HAVE LANDED::

first of all, lets get the breaking news outoff the way! my robot ::venus:: +the pink one+ has officially tied the knot with ::sneezoi's:: silver wobot, The celebration was held at Baskin Robbins last night at around 11 p.m, the velvety black nightsky was filled with sparkly l'il diamond studded silver stars to celebrate their special moment and 31 flavours of ice-cream were served to the guests that attended the ceremony. k3k3k3k everyones welcome to send their heart warming greetings to the newly weds in me flower pot below! ehehehehehhe! thanxsies!

I also treated my untamed shopping needs to a perfectly healthy retail excursion last night, the victims of my visit included a hello kitty nail file, a hello kitty hanging thingy for my mobiles brand new pink skin all from the ::sanrio store::, and i also found this ultra gorgeous l'il red leather make-up pouch! ofcourse since i am more obsessed with me LC-A than my make-up, i decided to turn it into a camera bag its soooo cute! it comes with a tiny packet stuffed with l'il velcro letters and you can customize it to spell out any word u wish! oooh too much excitement for me! hehehehe i am sooo gonna ditch my glitter filled hula hoop for this new toy!

so anyways i noticed that the Forever21 store have suddenly raised their prices sky high! I guess this is some sorta marketing trick ! i am clueless when it comes to marketing n all that but it seems as soon the stockist gains some sort of customer loyalty they just blow it all up by shooting their prices! But, their stuff is gorgeous anyways so i guess they realized that they wudn't make much loss! heheheheheheh oooh my david&goliath pink sushi pj's also reached yey yey yey! they're fabby and so comfy yummy yum yumm even blythey the doll likes them! so i guess for now i must say i'm on an extreme high for the rest of the week! yipppeee!

::TAKING A DIP @ EBS::

went for a late night dippy at ::ebbie's:: last night and fooled around with her baby niece's floats ekkeek! it was kinda awkward swimming at night since i am usually all pro swimmming when the sun is all out scorching n blazing! hee heee but it was fabby! i was too intoxicated by the surplus of zalaibya's entering me system e7em e7em i am seriously adddicteeeeeeeed to eating those delelelecious mouthwatering orange crispy-licious sweeets! oooh me mouth's watering again! eheheheh i really had funn but failed my whole aim of burning some calories in the pool and instead spent most of me time stuffing me face!!! ooooopsie poopsies!

I also, finally got my baggies fashion shoot prints back from the lab and added them to the ::shoot:: section on me bags page! al7amdullila i am extra excited about the way the colors turned out! i used me LC-A attached with a ColorSplash and used me room, a ghitra poncho and my blythe doll as props! ekkeke i also cross processed the roll of film to get even wackier outoff context color saturations.

The lomo global project 10:24 also takes off tommorow! so i am definately all set up for it with my fav queen LC-A camera to capture my surroundings at 10:24 gmt which is precisely 2:24 pm dubai time! i might also take some polaroids at that time with me mom's vintage polaroid supercolor camera from the 60's! The fascinating part of this project is the fact that, at that very moment lomographers from all over the globe will shoot at the same exact minute ! woow and then a website will be launched sometime in November to document all our lomographs as an online portfolio! +gasping in joy+

mood: disorientated about the mango kulfi

ouchy ouchy ouch! i just like dozed off in the afternoon and had the strangest dream on the face of this earth ekeke i mean it's hilllarious when i recall the events but it was so freaky while i was still snooooring ! heehheeh okay i was on this island in Langkawi and me dad decides to take my mom, me cuzzy and I out for dinner to a seafood restaurant! now here comes the funn part the restaurant was "sub7aan allah" defying all forces of gravity and dangling in mid-air above shark infested waters in the middle of basically no where! k3k3k3k WHAT kinda logic is that ahahah! so in order for the famous four of us to get up into that restaurant we had to hop on to this strange glass cable car-like elevator and hop off on the 28th floor! Aaand this 28th floor was no ordinary 28th floor, the elevator doors opened up onto a swing that was totally unstable and acted as a supporting step to reach the restaurant's entrance! ofcourse, half the dream was focused upon nagging my purely harmless dad for dragging us to this joint! and then after the hassle of getting all the way up. The chief chef shocks us by announcing that they're only serving mussels tonight and the entire kitchen is out of stock! +this dream's even more twisted than shyamalan movies+ hhahahahah. So then the famous four turn around to board back into the elevator and i am dangling in mid air clinging onto me life on that unstable swing with the entire deep blue sea beneath me! all i cud hear in the background was my cuzz screaming holddd onnn! hold on! they have amazing mango kulfi! i've tried it before! + I seriously want to know where on earth mango kulfi slip into me mind from!+ but i was persistent to get meself back onto the safe shore, so as i was dangling and holding on tight to what remained of me life, me lomo supersampler camera fell outoff me bag ahahahah and i watched it go from its original size down to a green pea splashing into the ocean! k3k3k3k al7amdullilah i was saved at that precise moment by me eyes fluttering open and the first action i took was calling me cuzz up and saying box you and your mango kulfi's faces! kekekekekek!

Spent last night at ::faithy's:: the Diva of anything remotely Bollywood ekeke eating her fabulous homemade sandwiches and i ofcourse had to bore the entire bunch by trying on all my shopping! ehehehhe Faithy is such a doll she's like the queen of anything concerning bollywood ! Although, i dont understand her fascination with that entire realm i just adore the way she's just engulfed with the whole dimension kekekke! its hillarious u sooo cuteeee gurllllllll! ehhehehe

oooh and i tracked me pj's heheh and they're at present stuck in Louisville Kentucky wow! i really want to study this whole UPS planet one day !oooh and this is an extremely exciting joint global project thats happeneing on oct 24th at 10:24 gmt i think it wud be fun if everyone took part in it! I also, put up a huge update in my lomohome enjoy n cheerio!!

last night was just purr-fect, its been forever since i got together with all me close friends in the same place and at the same time ! wow i cant even remember the last time the 9 of us chilled together! But yesterday was such a blast we blabbed at our highest vocal tones each one screaming out to be heard and laughed till our jaws almost dislocated outoff place! most of me girlies are newly wed wifey's with funky hubbies so i guess that explains our recent deflation in our social outings, but our get together was jus fabbby! i love me fwiendies and i miss them just as much! +boo hooo+

i am guilty i am ! but how could i possibly resist these PJ'S i mean they were just screaming outoff their seats at me "buy us, buy us, buy us!" and having me dad's webshopper card in close parameters didn't make it any easier! +garrrrr+ oooh i just can't wait to slip into them! yey yey they look like custom made pink sushi fashion clothing! david & goliath accesories are simply 2 die for! Another funny site me friend ::geegoo:: pointed out to me today was this one hehehe a pink sushi site for strange goth like outfits! wery wery yinterestingly! hehehehe

So me mom cooked me my ultimate favourite meal ever ::spaghetti bolognese::yummmmm! so basically that meant i have no space whatsoever in my tummys capacity now to inhale or exhale any air! as tony the frosties tiger says: "grrrrrrrreat simply grrrrrrrreat!" ahahha! I still remember it like it was yesterday, the drive back home from AIPS alMamzar my bro +sniff sniff now far away completing his masters in japan+ and me sitting all snug in the backseat of my mom's car with our seat belts fastened tight, we'd dig into our uniform pockets and gather our miniscule amount of savings to splurge out on firecrackers in the now bulldozed ::Belghowein Baqala::. Our eyes wud glisten as we eagerly loaded our blue plastic bags with an exsquiste selection of firecrackers ranging from the 9arookh, Nafoora, Spin top, stringed up noisycrackers, the notorious flying butterflies and sparklers. Ofcourse, i'd have to grab me a glass of blueberry slush puppie and ::FANFAIR:: chocolate as well to complete the transaction. I still cant believe they discontinued FANFAIR thats so evil! i guess i am getting too old even me childhood chocolates are out of the market! +lol+

It were times like those that i truly miss, ofcourse i dont miss having to deal with homework now that was a serious killer! ermmm but anyways i look back and i wonder did i ever realize the dangers of fooling around with firecrackers, did i ever question it until a sparkler nearly burned me bro's chest i guess not. Accidents are called accidents because they happen at the utmost unexpected moments in our lives, last year i read an article someplace of the dangers associated with kids messing about with firecrackers n lighters, kids ending up with blown up limbs, blinded eyesight and harmful burns. So i just felt the urge to emphasize these dangers, I know they're gorgeous and noisy and sparkly but adults should always be there to supervise these activities. I mean our country wudn't have banned these toys without a good cause, so stay safe this ramadhan and keep your loved ones safe too.

::RAMADAN MUBARAK::

mood: feasting n fasting

Ramadan has engulfed our lives once more, this holy month is a time when all of us reflect upon our past deeds in the year gone by, a time to right our wrongs, to cleanse our souls and start afresh, the overflowing sms messages i recieved yesterday was merely a sign of the joy and happiness to celebrate the arrival of this fruitful month, may all our deeds be forgiven inshallah and may we take new turns towards perfecting ourselves and our religion. One of the most touching msg's i recieved this year was from ::amorelicious:: the msg described the fact that human behavioural studies state that performing a task for 28 continous days transforms it into a lifetime habit, reading that sentence truly triggered a spark within me and i am definately going to work hard towards improving my self this year.

Other than that i am thrilled with the brand new law # 51 in Dubai, The law states that smoking is banned from all public places at all times! +wuhooooo+ finally, i mean it was about time someone put a stop to this life threatening habit, i lost a young cousin round 5 years ago to chain smoking, so i strongly aid this new initiative undertaken by the Dubai Government! +performs a standing ovation+ you guys rock big time!

I also, ordered a bubbafly illustration of meself from ::AMNA:: oooh i simply cant wait to send her a shot of me i have it all set out in me mind : my outfit, my hairdo, my ghitra bag in one hand and a lomo lc-a in the other. I guess thas all there is to me in a nutshell. Oh, and for some strange reason my phone line at home is dead ahhaha! and unfortunately for me i am unable to slaughter etisalat and instead have to wait impatiently until their helpine contacts me! eeeh i am sooo not a electronic person +garrrrrrr+!

The exhibit @ fivegreen was buzzing with art lovers, art fanatics and tons of my friends. i think i was so excited last night and smiling to the point where u feel ur jaws are about to crack into two! But i loved it, havent been so excited since my graduation nite! ahhaha sunny did a great job organizing the entire gig she rocks big time! thanxs ::sunny:: !oooh and having me friends there were the ultimate highlight of the show! ::sneezoi:: ::shadsy:: ::nujy:: ::geegoo:: ::omipoo:: ::qurati:: ::weem:: ::noora:: ::alnaqi:: ::hind:: ::huda:: thanxs alot for being there and sharing my happines, you guys made me feel so special! +huggggies+

I really liked the way the framing turned out with my shots, basically we got the prints sandwiched between two sheets of glass and then framed with bright colored wooden borders, i also briefed a few people about my holga shot cuz they were inquisitive about the technique which was fun!! hahaha i guess that was my l'il pwecious moments of fame! hahahahahha

I also want to hail a huge global thumbs up show to a gorgeous local illustrator ::AMNA::! wow her artwork simply blew me away! She manipulates vector art with such beauty that makes me twist in circles and fall splat on me face! hhahahah check out the butterfly illustration below she created of sunny! it's so gorgeous you can have them customized as well with your own set of wings! isn't that cuute! i am definately getting one created for my lonely purple bedroom wall!

First of all i want to thank everyone that rocked into me new webbie!+throwing more kinder eggs at everyone+ thank you guys! all of you got me smiling all day! thanxsies!

so tonite i have yet another reason to celebrate! ps: i simply adoooore fabricating exscuses to party! *Lol* So yeah as i was saying tonight is going to witness my first-ever official fine artsy exhibit @ fivegreen! Sunny "the curator of the exhibit" contacted me around a month ago & gave me a tiny brief and ofcourse the first thing i splurted outoff sheer thrill-dom was yaaaa i am in i am in i am! hahahaha so after a month of intensive cooking the results are going to be splattered to the public! the show involves 12 collaborators including painters, photographers +i slot in there kekeke+,illustrators, interior designers, video artists and is sponsored by: siemens, apple computers, ipod, the buzz and catering by sho cho's yummm more sushi for me! the space is going to represent a living space decorated with all our artwork, i will have 8 photographs on sale at the show all looking purrty framed and signed at the back as original one off prints! hehehe so is this what it feels like to be a photographer WOW! i definately think i am thrilled i cant wait 4 the show cant wait to see everyone there !! although, i will be missing two extremely special people ::fuzzy funk in London:: and ::ahmy in Japan:: i miss you two bumbies +sniffles+.

also inshallah ramadhan starts in a day or two wow! this year really like whizzed past inshallah i will try to make the most of it this year. I still can't believe it ! my new webbie is finally live! aah the excitement is so difficult to explain! I know for sure that i will prolly miss all the hassle that was involved with uploading content onto my previous flash "minnie mousey" website! but with this whole new interface and blogging program i am ecclectic and positive that i will be blogging on a regular basis from now on and atlast i have a comment box as well! i am still missing two sections on the site but i will drill me eyes brains and soul to get it over with by tomm +fingers crossed+ other than that i hope everyone enjoys the browse and the new look as much as i enjoyed designing it! i guess thats all i have to say for now so do roll on in and drop me a note if you wish smile enjoy the show smile ps: extra special thanxs to dexter for helping me configure greymatter and me comment boxie!
