Every once in a while my girl friends and I develop an obsession with a game... It gets us all competitive and excited so we tend to play it religiously until we burn it out and finally everyone gets so sick of it that we actually, get nauseous at the mere mention of the game. Some of the games that have expired out include Singstar, Ghamza, Qot bu sitta, Hands, Trix, Bluff, Spades but our ultimate recent obsession is the Buzz Quiz SHOW It involves alotta general knowledge questions and the fact that you have these odd looking buzzers for each player makes it feel like you're on a real on air tv game show !!! i liiiiike! hehehe i wonder what it must feel like for ppl who appear on live tv game shows its so nerve wrecking i think if i had to be on one i'd faint right then and there on air ! heheheheheh elmuhim i've come to the conclusion that my brain retains alotta nonsense facts such as the fact that the ace of base band members are siblings, and that a cobra snake is the most poisonous reptile ! errrmmmm ! i think another few weeks and buzz will buzz off too ! ehhehe trends are so brutal don't you all agreee....
Next Up Ahdaaf! my new freelance job for an indoor football facility with the best FIFA approved astro-turf fields situated in AlQouz.. yup the hubby n the boys are starting up their very own Emirati business.. yuppeee the ball is finally rolling...Aaand yours truly has been assigned with the branding development from A-Z. Considering i've resigned from my previous full time job as a graphic designer with Dubai eGovernment i am loving developing corporate identities for various different clients at present in the comfort of my design studio at home. I must admit that heading my own freelance graphic design company has its own perks such as, being able to work according to my creativity outbursts and not being forced to be productive between 7am-2pm on a daily basis! ehheheheh.. so yeah the Ahdaaf webbie is still under construction but below are some shots of the progress with the interiors of Ahdaaf and an illustration i created of how it will eventually turn out inshalla. For all football players and enthusiasts i assure you that this place will be THE place for Emirati soccer events and training programs wuhooow ! so do pass on the word ..... prettty please... thankyou....
Another, High note is that the Ahlan wa Sahlan wall sticker i created for my mini moroccan majlis has been selected as a winner in the project Mulsaq competition and will soon be mass produced for sale internationally wuhoow, look forward to more updates regarding the upcoming vinyl wall sticker exhibition to be held at traffic on the khtt network
and i can't believe that it's already 3ashr ilawakher mashallah so make the most of these special nights and use them wisely
