i was sifting through the testimonials left on my profile page and i just had to paste them in here, i feel extremely lucky to be surrounded with so much positive energy and kindhearted individuals thanxs to every single one of you ... i am truly blessed. If i could find a perfect metaphor for my life it would be a giant puzzle in which each person i encounter is a unique puzzle piece that slots in harmoniously into the larger picture...although we might meet once or twice in this massive universe its so valuable that our path's have crossed at one or the other. Life's so short i believe in living every moment on its own and enhancing it by meeting ppl cuz that makes everything more meaningful and worthwhile, this week i met with my fav people karroozzi, nifanafa, fashy, nyxx, sham3h, kittywitty, the sweet gurls at the GM STAND and the DWTC media gurls! thanxs to everyone for sharing my days ..

my vaio faced a glitch so i decided to backup alll the files on my hardisk and then i witnessed a second glitch, when it caught my eye,

it was a shot of the two of us sitting side by side somewhere in Kuala Lumpur on a group tour to the firefly park, our plates piled with abused and tattered hollow crab claws. We're both smiling, your smile more defiant, more deep and my smile revealing all my teeth, we look happy in our moment, i zoom into the picture and i see your eyes , i see your face, your 7ijaab wrapped tightly sealing your hair, your features that have departed our lives, was it only 5 months ago when i sat beside you ,when you were still with us, are u really gone? did we ever know what was ahead, did you sense it? I want to go back to that day, to step into that image, to be by your side and hold ur hand, did i attend that 3izza? was it really yours? will i not see your caring face once again sad

it's so hard to let go of you, you weren't merely an aunt you were a second mother to me and every passing day i include you in my prayers, i still see your face and enivision it so clearly on that last day when you slept so peacefully covered in a white sheet,,,

i'm still shocked , i thought time healed the wound we witnessed when we lost you last month but today your eyes touched me deep inside my soul

i promise you i will be the daughter who will pray for you till eternity,,

It's mango season! yey! i love mango season! it reminds me of things i cherish most! Summer, the beach, and it always resurfaces memories of fridays with my one n only 3ammi +allah yer7ama+ i can envision those moments so clearly the way he'd create patterns on my slice of mango's and then turn it inside out to reveal a city made outta mango skyscraper cubes, i miss that! i miss the texture and warmth of his hands and the creases on his fingers that were splashed with the scent and orange mango pulp i miss him more than anyone else in this entire world ,,,

This week i finally managed to finalize n drop off my Pink Sushi For mini fashionista's T-shirts at Lollypop in the village mall, dubai! yeyyyyyyyyy! hehehehehe and looli was the perfect model lol! here's a preview of some the pink sushi childrens tops on sale now hehehehe! isn't she the cutest! lol i had a blast creating this range and i hope that all of ya enjoy it as well!! spreadd the lurrrrrrrrve !

I've also picked up a brand new hobby! Lol i guess it's never too late to learn something new! This time it's Crochet and its taken me by storm! It all started when i visited my eldest aunt and saw the saphire ball of yarn and her crochet needle nestled into the wool! I plucked up the courage to ask her for a few tips and was mesmerized by her keen interest in teaching me some basic stitches and without even looking at her fingers she weaved the most beautiful blue crochet flower! WOW! heheheheh at that moment i wanted to be her with my imaginary grandchildren scattered around me while they impatiently watched me knit tinsy winsy crochet flowers for them! ehheheheheh it was all so sentimental so after an introductory crochet class by my aunt and an additional class at DLC! I'm on me way to weaving my very first crochet masterpiece a fuschia double crochet stitched scarf with a mustard, beige n brown stripe down the center! hhhehehe i named her "intergalactic" and this whole crochet-ing world is so addictive i am glued to finishing off my scarf its already accompanied me to IKEA, Bab al Shams, Marina Walk, Soy loool and my entire family wants to have a go at it! lol. Once i am done with my piece i am gnna try out this lilac fantasy doily pattern i found online! I doubt i cud ever create that but its worth a try!! ehhehehehhe!

TIDAL WAVE

Wow! alas some time to meself! heheheheh +balances herself+ wuhooow! steaaaadyyy... hold itt.... holdd itt.. lol! i feel like the umbilical cord the connects me to my blog has snapped over the last week but gaaawd it was so well worth it! so much has happened since the last entry! and i really meannn massive new milestones! First a giant giant giantttttt! Welcomeee homeeeeeeeee forevah n evah to a7my! You did itttttt! alas, i cant believe ur back home for good wow i keep thinking ur gnna jet off for some academic semester but then it hits me that Nope ur back home for good! +clapping hysterically like those jack in the boxes with tamborines+ i am so proud of ya honestly and i admire they way you struggled to attain ur ideal dream and here u stand today fluent in japanese and ur masters degree from kyoto university all painted with graceful kanji brushstrokes. I wish you all the best in ur upcoming educational and professional life awwwwwwwww! +munches on her pina colada flavoured japanese pokky stix+ i guess its the lifetime supply of pokky you gave me that triggered this la dee daaa bollywood infused maska poleees intro hahahaha! thaaaaaaaaanxs bro u rock!

aighhhht! Other than a7my arriving home so did Faaaaaaty! yeeey yeeey! my adorie +halfnhalf+ cuzzzzy to chill for the weekend! So that definately meant camoflauging myself into tour guide mode and tuning the entire world onto mute for 2 days including a day off work ehheheheh i.e while we conquered n whizzed out n around dxb!!! loool ! Day 1 was the most massive and in6aliq'd with a sunny beach picnic gobbling cheeseburgers for breakfast and taking dips with the salt water fishies! ehhehe! followed by credit goes to faaty for convincing me to overcome my first ski experience and bluffing my way into Ski Dubai's minus 1 indoor ski slope awww ! heheheh after precisely 4 falls +one bash into a wall, one backward flat star shape fall, one crossing my skis by mistake and side fall, and one forward fall+ i am proud to announce that i have ski'd for the first time in me life and even whizzed at full speed from the highest slope all the way downn! ehhehe it truly was one of the best experiences i've ever witnessed and i created so much havoc screeeching down the slopes in my beginner sized ski's! hahahahh!! awww thanxs faaaty for the ultimate thrill i wud've never ever been able to give it a shot if i didn't trust ya hahahahah! and now u can blow up the st.moritz shot and frame it up for ur parents to squint at with all gloryy! hehehehehhe

Finally, my cuzzy NAScity tied the knot last nighttttttt! awwwwwww everything was fantastic including the magical couple i truly wish the two of you all the happines in the world mabrook alf alf mabroook n welcome to our family vida! hope you enjoy your stay ehheheheh! hugggggggggggggs! oooh n thanxs for including a chocolate fondue fountain in the dessert buffet what more could i wish for unlimited flowing chocolate with deleciously tempting condiments to soak in! hehehehhe alrite i am off nowwwww to do some work !
