I know I have no right to intrude and be annoying, but hey - it's in my blood. I'm sort of the same as you - I have really good days most of the time and can't thank God enough for giving me so much and allowing me to live the way I do, but on other days I hate the world and everything in it. The only way to lift your spirits is to get a really good book to read (what's wrong with me - obviously read - I have no idea why I said 'book to read' - maybe it's because once in a while I like to fling books at horrid people), anyway, then drive yourself to one of your favourite coffee shops, order an espresso macchiato, sit down, sip and read. Have some alone time. You'll always be inspired that way, and always surround yourself with ambitious people, with books about ambitious people and so on.
Hehe - I think I've got the longest post. Where's my gift? Ignore me.
